CEMENT, GLASS, CERAMİCS AND SOİL PRODUCTS EXPORTERS ASSOCİATİON ANNOUNCED DOMESTİC ADDED VALUE İN EXPORTS REPORT
A press conference was held in Istanbul on January 16, 2020, where the added value report prepared by the Cement, Glass, Ceramics and Soil Products Exporters' Association, created by the cement, glass and ceramic industries in exports, was shared with the public.
Erdem Çenesiz, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Erdem Çenesiz, Vice Presidents Feyyaz Ünal and Tansu Kumru; Noting that the domestic added value obtained by the cement, glass and ceramic industries from exports is 20.3 billion dollars in 10 years, he pointed out that the domestic added value rates of 82% in the ceramic industry, 79% in the glass industry and 68% in the cement industry are a record in the industry. In addition, it was emphasized that our sectors are the sectors that use very high domestic resources in their production and make a positive contribution to Turkey's foreign trade balance with their net foreign exchange inflow. Explaining that the report was prepared in order to reveal the high domestic added value potential of the cement, glass and ceramic industries, Erdem Çenesiz underlined that as much as it is important to make production and export with high technology, it is equally important to increase the added value obtained from this production and export. he drew.

Can Fuat Gürlesel stated that in the report, the export performances of the three sectors in the last 10 years were examined and a scientific and extremely up-to-date report was prepared due to the use of current actual situation data.
