INTERCEM 2022 LAUNCH WEBINAR WAS ORGANIZED WITH THE COOPERATION OF TURKISH CEMENT

With the cooperation of Turkish Cement and Intercem, representatives of the cement industry came together at the INTERCEM 2022 Launch Webinar, which was held on June 16, 2022.

In the webinar, after the opening speech of  INTERCEM representative Matt Owen, On Field Investment Research Manager partner Mr. Yassine Touahri shed light on the current developments about the world cement industry. After his representation, Mr. Abdulhamit Akçay, Vice Chairman of Cement, Glass, Ceramics and Soil Products Exporters’ Association, gave information about the latest insights of the Turkish cement sector and the strengths and competitive aspects of Turkish Cement industry. Within the scope of the webinar, Vice-Chairman of the Association Abdulhamit Akçay and Board Member Ender Şahin, answered the questions of the other attendees.

Webinar ended with the closing speech of INTERCEM CEO Malcolm Shelbourne and it was stated that more detailed analysis of the sector will be discussed at the INTERCEM Conference Istanbul on 19-21 September 2022.
