Turkish Cement at Intercem Dubai Conference

Vice Chairman Abdulhamit Akçay and Board Member Ender Şahin participated in the Intercem Dubai conference held on February 23-25, 2025, with the participation of 20 Turkish company representatives. Turkish Cement stand within the scope of the event attracted great attention.

Dubai Trade Attache Muhammed Emin Erkal also visited our stand and met with the Turkish delegation. During the visit, a detailed discussion was held on the current export status of the cement sector and evaluations were made on the future of the sector.

At the conference, while the cement sector's forecasts for 2025 were discussed, many presentations were also made regarding the decarbonization processes in the sector.
