Turkish Cement is Once Again at Intercem Dubai

The Intercem Dubai conference, held in Dubai from February 27 to 29, 2024, was a major meeting point for leading figures in the cement industry. Attendees from 47 countries came together to discuss the main trends and current developments affecting the sector.

Our stand at the conference was a great opportunity to meet with key industry representatives, including our Vice Chairman Abdulhamit Akçay and Board Member Ender Şahin. Our member companies held meetings at the stand, and our promotional film about the sector attracted great interest and led to many questions from visitors about the Turkish cement industry.

In the panel section of the conference, Vice Chairman Akçay made important statements about the potential of the Turkish cement sector. He shared domestic data on cement and clinker products and also highlighted the increasing potential for exports.

The Turkish Cement stand was visited by the Dubai Trade Attachés, and the potential of the Turkish cement sector in Dubai and the region was discussed with the participation of member companies.
